A Criminal Justice minor is designed to provide students with basic knowledge of criminal behavior and the criminal justice system. The minor requires that a student take a minimum of 18 credit hours of CRJU-labeled coursework, including CRJU 0101 - Introduction to Criminal Justice , a prerequisite for all other criminal justice courses. The remaining courses are determined by the student based on their area of interest.  Students are required to declare their minor intention and an advisor is available if requested.
